For the 2nd time I was asked by one of my employer’s, Hunter Mooneyham of Sundance Images, to cover the Santa Fe Century in New Mexico. It is referred to as a “Century” because it’s a 100 mile long ride just in case like me you weren’t aware. I had a crazy time at this race. I arranged the entire finish line which included moving hundreds of cones, locating and coordinating with staff, climbing 2 different trees 7 different times to hang and rehang and then take down because of wind the main finish line banner. It was a ton of work but Hunter really appreciates me going the extra mile and that’s why I was invited down to this race with him and his older brother Sandy. I did however get free BBQ and some beers and a hat soooooo it’s all good haha!
